I haven't noticed the issue on this hair but I am having the same issue with a couple of different CC hairs from different creators, so I'm assuming it's something EA has changed with the lighting changes they made with Seasons? It only happens in my game when I zoom out quite a bit though but I'm not having much luck figuring out what it is =(
